Aileen is a Filipino screenwriter and creative producer whose work centers on emotionally grounded, character-driven storytelling shaped by cross-cultural collaboration. She has written and creatively produced the feature film Finding Agnes (2020), an internationally shot drama filmed in Morocco and released worldwide on Netflix, which marked a significant milestone in her career for its global reach and emotional resonance. She also co-wrote Nuuk (2019), a drama set in Greenland that further reflects her strength in crafting stories that transcend geographic and cultural boundaries.

Flordeliza Hombre is an accomplished film producer and industry collaborator with a dynamic portfolio spanning multiple facets of film production, from line producing to casting and additional crew roles. Her career reflects a deep adaptability and broad set of production skills, contributing to projects across genres and scales in both mainstream and independent cinema. Hombre’s production credits include notable films such as Selda Tres (2025), My Bestfriend’s Girlfriend (2008), and Triggered/Topakk (2023), where she brought a strong production presence and hands-on coordination to diverse sets and teams.
In addition to her cinema-released films, she also has produced for Streaming Platform movies like One Hit Wonder (2025) and 18 Roses (2026), both Netflix Originals streamed globally — fulfilling a role requiring both organizational precision and creative problem solving that adheres to compliance with global standards.Her contributions also extend into casting direction and additional crew work, illustrating a nuanced understanding of talent coordination and the collaborative infrastructure that supports storytelling on-screen. A multimedia professional with 20+ years of experience across television, digital media, advertising, and film. A graduate of Broadcast Communication at UP Diliman, she began her career at ABS-CBN’s Creative Development Group, leading a team of brainstormers developing new television genres. Her early training also focused on dramatic writing.
Her career has taken her internationally, working across Dubai, the USA, the UK, and Manila in roles spanning writing, production, and agency content. She was Head of Production and Programming for Physique TV in Dubai for 5 years, leading content acquisitions and international sales for the network at MIPCOM Cannes. She also served as a production associate on a SAG-signatory feature film Beautiful Wave (2011) in Los Angeles, acting as the on-ground executive for the production company’s investor.
Her writing credits include English-language lifestyle TV shows acquired by major brodcasters in the Middle East, Central Europe, South East Asia, and Japan including On the Go (2015), Maximum Rush (2014), and The Good Life (2013-2016).
Currently, she is a digital content producer and writes for Manila Bulletin Lifestyle, the Philippines’ largest English-language broadsheet newspaper.
